Growing Company needs someone to oversee day to day operations of the production plant to meet all shipment schedules. Will improve plant operational efficiencies, develop operational plans, develop strategic and tactical plans to maintain customers, administer budgets, oversee monthly P&L results, and achieve profitability goals. Will need 5+ years experience in a metalworking or steel fabrication environment overseeing a production operation. Spanish speaking is a plus.
