We are looking for a Temporary Sales Recruiter (40 Hours a week) in Bergen Co, NJ.
This position will support our Sales needs as well as other areas as necessary.
Act as partner, consultant, and adviser to management by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market. Partners with corporate and field managers to obtain and confirm search requests that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, environmental conditions, target audience, timeframes, etc. Execute the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process. Provide guidance, advice and/or training to colleagues and stakeholders. Interact extensively with our Talent Acquisition team and members of our HR team to ensure hiring priorities are fully executed.

Staying up-to-date on new sourcing tools, best practices, and ideas for how the talent acquisition team can best utilize these recruiting/networking tools.
Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of sourcing, recruiting, networking and interviewing experience in a high-volume sales environment. Demonstrated ability to source and recruit talent across all types of skills. Strong computer & sourcing skills, including 2+ years' experience using an ATS. Ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly.
Additionally, you have:
Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required. Passion for multi-tasking and switching gears as needed. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential. Flexible, professional and friendly personality. Previous experience recruiting high volume non-exempt and mid-level professional positions in an agency environment highly desired. Sense of Urgency, "make it happen" work ethic - Pharma/Diagnostic/Lab industry experience is a plus.
