HR Manager (Spanish) (BF)

The Bilingual (Spanish) HR Manager will be responsible for all HR matters including; employee relations, compensation analysis, recruitment, payroll, training/coaching, onboarding, compliance and policy implementation, benefits administration, training/development, and performance management.

Job Description:
Provide guidance and direction concerning all day to day HR related issues. Administer HR policies and procedures. Conduct compensation market analysis. Handle benefits renewals and administration. Conduct performance reviews to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Handle employee relations investigations and provide disciplines from warnings through the termination process. Process multi-state payroll. Processes paperwork for personnel actions including terminations, FMLA, benefits enrollment, etc. Development and implement policies and procedures. Creates and maintains employee handbook and policies. Train, counsel and coach employees. Provide general human resources policy and procedural guidance, support and interpretation. Provide guidance on all compliance and regulatory issues related to management initiatives including; filing 5500s, 401k audits, etc. Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred. 7+ years HR experience. Bilingual in Spanish required – reading, writing, speaking. Strong employee relations experience. Experience in training/coaching staff. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or ADP Resource – payroll processing. Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Highly organized and strong computer technical skills. Possesses outstanding interpersonal, written, oral communication, listening, and influencing skills. Proven ability to prioritize workload while multi-task and meet deadlines.
Ability and experience working within a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented.
