Senior Executive Assistant supporting the CEO.

The Executive Assistant is a key business partner supporting the CEO efficiently and effectively, internally and externally and primarily focused on: Managing internal and external meetings, travel logistics, T&E, and administrative projects. Build relationships with all executives to act as an effective liaison between the executive team and the rest of the company while simultaneously providing high-level and confidential support. Ensure CEO is consistently well prepared for internal and external meetings and events by creating agendas, concise summaries and generally doing whatever it takes to guarantee preparedness and professionalism. Capable of handling strictly confidential information while remaining discreet. Juggling of constantly shifting priorities. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Greet and direct guests within the office in a courteous and professional fashion. Follow up with copies of communication materials as appropriate. Strict gatekeeper, answer, screen and direct incoming calls. Vendor Management for travel and event planning. Prepare presentation materials for meetings using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel. Compose memos, letters, and other correspondence. Maintains calendars, contact lists, files and contracts. Run reports and queries using Reporting Services. Position is a unique opportunity to act as a brand ambassador for the executive office of the CEO.

Required:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Experience using both MAC and PC computer systems. 5+ years of office administration experience supporting C-suite staff. Experience within Healthcare, Health or Medical industries. Must be sensitive to confidential information. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Skilled in interfacing with clients, prospects, partners, investors, Board members, recruiting candidates, travel partners, other vendors, tier 1 executives and other associates

Additional experience:
Highly technical, highly organized, must be able to work paperless. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills. Demonstrate a keen sense of resourcefulness. High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, highly engaging, persuasive and strong relationship builder and anticipates needs. Professional demeanor, self-starter, and accountable. Willing to do assist to maximize CEO productivity.
