HR Manager (BF)

Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing Human Resources functions such as training & development, employee relations, staffing and recruitment, compensation, some payroll and benefits activities, onboarding, continuous improvement, change management, policies and procedures, performance management and HRIS, among others.

Handle employee relations issues, complaints, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Manage the development and maintenance of all employee records, files, and related reports in conformance with all legal and internal company requirements. Manage the implementation, interpretation and administration of established HR policies and programs; assist in keeping employees informed of HR policies; counsel with and coach employees and management of HR policies, performance, complaints, and other matters. Design and implement on-site supervisor and employee training and related training records. Manage recruitment process and talent retention initiatives of candidates. Analyze and prepare all required HR reports related to staffing, turnover, wage & salary, disability, unemployment, benefits, etc. as needed. Manage salary administration and terminations. Conduct local EEO/AAP reporting and relation training as required and employee relations issues. Manage all assigned safety and workers compensation reporting. Assist with compensation and benefits administration. Develops and maintains HRIS system, develops reports and analyses. Other duties as assigned and travel as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree. 5-15 years of HR generalist experience. Manufacturing experience required with both hourly and salaried employees. SHRM certification a plus. Bilingual a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail; analytical/mathematical skills. Excellent relationship building skills. Proficient in HRIS systems; Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Conflict resolution; training platform skills.
