Compensation Manager- NYC (SEB)

Compensation Manager adept at creating Comp Processes and Efficiencies. Comp partner to collaborate with HRIS, HR Business Partners and Finance teams in a fast-paced and fluid environment. Evaluate and Design comp programs, policies and procedures. Responsible for benchmarking and job leveling to assure competitiveness in the market and according to the goals of the business. Metrics driven. Assess internal structure of job titles and salaries, including new hires. Make recommendations for improvements and consistency when necessary. Drive the annual merit and bonus processes. Create, facilitate and educate HRBP’s and People Managers on all above processes. Participate in strategic compensation surveys for use in competitive benchmarking of total remuneration programs.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field. 5+ years of Compensation/HRIS experience required. Excellent analytical skills. Advanced spreadsheet capabilities in Excel. Experience implementing sales bonus/incentive plans a plus. Experience solving complex compensation issues through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong project management skills. Experience and SAP SuccessFactors a must- Ultipro – a plus.
