Senior IT Support/Technical Support (MYS)

Provide VIP technical support for company. This will include mobile devices, desktop, and laptop. Maintain desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices. Looking for experience with Windows Server technologies, OS troubleshooting, server management. User Administration, Office 365 license assignment. Administration of tools such as SharePoint Online Skype for Business, Video Conferencing, etc. Provide Level 2 for intranet incidents.


Requiremens:

Must have working knowledge and experience supporting all of the following: Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office 365 Suite; Active Director User Management; Exchange management; Imaging; ITSM is a plus


Education:

Bachelor’s Degree is a strong preference. CompTIA or relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
